■ご入会後の月会費はゴールドジムジャックスカードからのご決済をお願いしております
If you would like to pay monthly you will have to also apply for a * free of charge* Golds Gym Jaccs Credit Card.
From the third month onward the monthly membership fee will be withdrawn from your account automatically bythe Jaccs credit card company. No extra fees apply.
If you do not want to apply for the Jaccs card, the membership fees can only be paid six-monthly or yearly.
(The amount can be paid in cash or by credit card and entitles to a discounted fee please see Nr. 6 below.)

■入会に際してのご案内（Sign up）
1、入会金は頂いておりません。入会登録料（カード作成料込）￥5,250が必要です。
A registration fee of \5,250 (which includes the cost of the membership card) will be charged at sign up.
2、月会費以外に利用料等費用はかかりません。
Other than the membership fee no other fees apply.
3、会費のお支払いに際し『ゴールドジムジャックスカード』への登録が必要となります。
The Gold’s Gym Jaccs application form needs to be filled out at the time of application.
4、会員資格は16歳（中学卒業）以上の方が対象です。
Minimum age is 16 years old.
5、20歳未満の方は親権者の同意が必要となります。
For applicants under the age of 20 years a parental authorization is required.
6、一括払いは割引もあります。半年一括（5.75ヶ月分）・年一括（11ヶ月分）
If you pay one year in advance the membership only requires an 11 month payment ( 1month discount!)
If you pay six months in advance the discount equals one week. ( 5.75 month payment).
